The Flags and/or Lab Guide are Missing

Issue:

Navigation/lab guide iframe failed to load all flags and lab guide text. This appears to happen occasionally on slow or congested Wi-Fi connections.

Solution:

(1) Refresh iframe by right-clicking the blank iframe > (2) Click reload on the menu.
