I've lost track of my certification ID/ Account, can you help?

Please raise a ticket with as much details as you can, such as,

Full name (including middle name if applicable)
Date you took the exam
Training center
Email with which you registered when you took the exam
Email address you use to log into Aspen *please let the Cert Manager know if you have two email addresses registered. 

Allow Two (2) business days for a response, although you will likely hear back sooner.
