I've lost track of my membership ID/certification ID, can you help?

Of course we can! 

Please send a message to Cert Manager at certmanager@eccouncil.org. When you do, make sure to provide the following details:

Full name (including middle name if applicable)
Date you took the exam
Training center
Email with which you registered when you took the exam
Email address you use to log into Aspen *please let the Cert Manager know if you have two email addresses registered. 

Allow Two (2) business days for a response, although you will likely hear back sooner.

It's been more than two business days! 

Only if it has been more than two business days, you may escalate your request to certdirector@eccouncil.org.
