My certification has been revoked or suspended, how can I submit an appeal?

Members whose certification have been suspended or revoked due to non-compliance of certification requirements may send in an appeal in writing to EC-Council. This appeal letter must be received by EC-Council within ninety (90) days of the suspension/ revocation notice, providing details of the appeal.

Please send the duly filled appeal forms to certmanager@eccouncil.org for review and be sure to include your exam date, registered email address, and Aspen ID.

The appeal review process takes 30 business days.
