Yes, EC-Council considers special accommodation in line with our commitment to comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA, 1991).
Candidates are required to submit their special accommodation requests to EC-Council at least 30 days prior to registering for an exam. EC-Council will respond with its decision within 14 days and provide the contact details of test centers that have the infrastructure to accommodate the candidate’s special needs.
The request form requires a legally approved expert, practitioner, or professional in the fields of physical or mental healthcare to confirm the need for special accommodation.
